For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the case and provide a replacement if necessary.

By placing an order, you agree that all customization details (name, logo, colors) are correct. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.
